RETURNS POLICY
We want each of our customers to enjoy their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for refund. The item(s) must be returned in the same saleable condition as it was received. Refunds will not be issued for damaged items, except as described below in our Defective Items Policy. Shipping costs are not refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipment.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY
All of our items are handcrafted and we inspect them carefully before shipping, but should you receive a defective or damaged item, or in the event we have sent the wrong item, shipping charges will be included in your refund. To qualify for the full refund amount you must notify us about the defective item, by email or phone, within 3 days of receipt of item.
REFUND INFORMATION
Refunds will be applied ONLY to the same credit card used for the original purchase. While refunds to your credit card are issued upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) being returned, please be aware that it may require 1 to 2 billing cycles for this credit to appear on your statement.
Simply print and fill out this Return Form, and include it with the item(s) being returned. Please pack the item carefully. We will not accept CODs. We suggest you insure and track your return item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. No refund or exchange will apply after 30 days from purchase.
